The sewer pipe's have been ruptured and the water pipe's also are ruptured. The waste from the sewer has contaminated the water supply and as are out of water because of the sewer's bursting. Therefore hundreds of people are out of water The one's that are effected have to buy water from the locale groccer so they have clean water to drink.
